  • I have known Sherene from my Chennai days. Being in the same music group that took the Gospel to schools and colleges, I always did see Sherene being the quiet but a strong girl then and a strong woman now. I see that desire to do something good for others using her giftings and strengths and also looking at others with the same lens as to what strengths they bring to the table, comes naturally to her. Sherene brings with her strong administration and decision making skills. Was great to see her Talents emerge via the Strengths Finder where her Top 5 are Restorative, Adaptability, Communication, Strategic and Arranger. She has the flair to get things done and also looks at possible obstacles that could come her way and proactively sees a way around them too. Now those skills are great to have. She also has a deep desire to keep learning and managing projects seem to be her passion and liking. I wish Sherene the very best in life to be involved in areas that are her Strengths to help her world around her get better! God bless.

  • I have had the privilege of knowing Sherene for over 27 years now. Her passion to excel coupled with strong leadership skills has made a difference wherever God has placed her. Her gifting in leadership was quite remarkable even from her college days. I had the opportunity to work closely with her in various camps that we organized way back in 1990’s. She has always been strong in her values, zeal, and commitment. Sherene has been able to rise above every challenge. Her life radiates the joy and strength that has come out through her brokenness. Today she has emerged as a strong leader impacting and building lives. Sherene has put God first through every season in her life. My best wishes to her as she continues her journey. God bless.

  • In 2020, Sherene was kind and gracious enough to offer me some of her precious time each week to meet and discuss goals and plans I had been considering for the future. In the midst of job hunting and making significant life decisions, Sherene offered multiple tactics, tools and resources to help me dream and envision who I could become, while building a plan to reach my personal goals. Each step of the way, she provided sound advice, insight and asked thought provoking questions that helped me identify my true passions and interests. From her help and guidance, I was able to boldly pursue a Project Management course at Temple University and develop professional skills prior to entering my new workplace. Sherene is a wonderful mentor, leader and pioneer who will continue to develop those around her to become the best they can be.
